About Gordion Shopping Mall
The Gordion Shopping Mall is one of the largest malls in Ankara with over 150 stores across multiple stories as well as a food court with all kinds of cuisine and a cinema.
The mall is situated between two main roads which does not leave much room for a wide landscape so the landscapers had to be creative with the space to add as much greenery as possible and keep it relatively low maintenance. That is why you can see islands of lush green grass surrounding the shopping center as it adds vibrant natural color to a modern, unique architectural design.There is bench seating alongside these green areas to take a break after a day of shopping or to wait for the taxi ride home. There is also pale gray stone paving with darker gray stone lines to improve navigation around the shopping mall and fit in with the modern aesthetic as well as wheelchair accessible ramps alongside impressive stone staircases.
