Its impressive building structure is covered by a rooftop garden hosting trees and a lawn, dotted with paving slabs for ease of use by workers. This is quite a feat as rooftop gardens require a significant amount of planning and expertise in the installation process as well as irrigation needs that can be difficult to meet.  While the roof displays a luscious green sward in the heart of one of the biggest cities in the world, the courtyard is stunningly unique with wooden decking and circular beds for the stand alone trees, filled with white stone to stand out against the deck and lower maintenance by preventing weed growth at the tree roots.  The trees themselves are somewhat unique, being drought-resistant types and look pleasant as various focal points in the courtyard. The landscape is overall eye-catching and stands out against the surrounding architecture.
