About Zorlu Center
Zorlu Center Project aimed to create a living and cultural space that is entirely beyond its current peers in terms of technology, functionality, quality, and prestige, both in Turkey and Europe.
A topographical interpretation reconstructs the ground in Zorlu Center, with a kind of shell that transforms into an in-between layer for the complex's various purposes. The shell rises from the Boulevard Level, with a Public Square as the city's meeting point, to the south and east. The inner route, the Public Topography, leads to the 28-meter-high Urban Balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Bosphorus. The outer ring reaches a height of 32 meters, forming the residential units' Private Topography. The terrace flats under the shell include spacious gardens on the first level and large terraces on the top levels with views of the Bosphorus. They can be reached by the rich, lit and lively linear open air atrium.
